This guide is aimed at students at VIA and gives a brief description of how you can find your timetable.
Timetable in Itslearning
Itslearning is VIA's Learning Management System (LMS). Everything related to your programme or study will be made available here including your timetable, subjects or courses, your study plans and much more. All the teaching and learning resources, you need for your study will be made available to you by your lecturer through Itslearning.
- You access Itslearning on itslearning.via.dk. To log on you have to use your VIAlogin (e.g. [email protected]) and your password.
There is also an Itslearning app that you can download to your phone where you normally get your apps. Note that the app does not show all the things that you are able to see using Itslearning via your browser.
- Choose Calendar in the menu to see the events from your starred courses. It is therefore here you see your schedule with time, dates, room and lecturer information.
- If the lecturer has provided details about the activities planned for each teaching session, you can access this by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner on each event. Here you can open the relevant teaching materials and resources linked to the class.
Note: It is only starred rooms you can see in the calendar in the app. Get an overview of all of your rooms by choosing 1) Home or 2) Courses and the all your courses.
