This guide is aimed at students and faculty who would like to learn how to use the single-sign-on solution to access CLO3D.

Open CLO3D and tick "Login with SSO"
Write viauniversity in the ID field and click LOG IN.
An internet browser will open with a login-prompt.
Input your VIA ID, password and click Next.
The first time you login it asks you for permission to share data (CLO3D will only have access to your VIA mail and nothing else)
CLO3D should now open and you should be logged in.
Troubleshooting
1. The CLO3D window doesn't change and I'm not logged in to CLO3D.
One option is that your browser prompted you for access to open in another program like in the below example for Teams, and you did not press open.
If so, try pressing login in CLO3D again and repeat the above steps.
Another option is that you do not have the necessary domain-permissions to open CLO3D - if that is the case please write us at [email protected] and we will help you get this issue sorted out.
