This guide is directed at students and employees at VIA who wish to access the image and video database Colourbox. Colourbox contains over 18 million stock images, illustrations and videos. With VIA's license you get 30 free downloads per month.
How to access Colourbox
- Go to colourbox.com/education
- Type VIA's license key in the field that says “Type your key here”. (Send an email to [email protected] and ask for the license key).
- Click “Send”.
- Choose if you are a student or a member of faculty/staff.
- Fill out the form and you are ready to access the database.
Use your downloaded images, illustrations and videos for:
- Coursework & course materials
- Papers & assignments
- Presentations & lectures
Do not use your downloaded images, illustrations and videos for:
- Commercial use
- Personal use
- Public sharing of your coursework, presentations, ect.
